(Junior) Country Manager (m/f/d)

As a (Junior) Country Manager (m/f/d) in our growing markets team, you will support the roll-out of our international markets’ strategy, contribute to and lead projects that improve the local customer experience and coordinate day to day activities with several teams across the business - making sure the markets under your responsibility meet their goals.

  • You will monitor and manage key operational performance indicators for your markets in collaboration with the marketing and merchandising teams. 
  • You will evaluate, initiate and lead the implementation of key initiatives and projects to advance your markets' overarching strategy.  
  • You will provide in-depth market-specific insights by conducting fundamental research and analyses.  
  • You will actively participate in (financial) planning and contribute to the development of the strategy for the Bergfreunde markets portfolio.  
  • You will be a primary point of contact, expert, and ambassador for Bergfreunde's international markets.

  • A degree in (international) business administration or equivalent.  
  • Initial management experience within an e-commerce environment.  
  • Analytical mindset with a distinct comprehension of e-commerce KPIs and data.  
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task effectively.  
  • Team player who will thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.  
  • Excellent communication skills in English, coupled with proficiency in at least one other European language.  
  • High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
